At IndieMerchstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn apparel. Please note that limited edition pre-orders and intimate items may be subject to final sale restrictions.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, including all tags and packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back for a refund or size swap.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
